This extensive reporting by Health Care Renewal of the problems at UMDNJ makes me very sad.

With all of the reporting about the "bad" people at UMDNJ, there are a lot of "good" people, too. There should be some reporting about what they are doing right & what they are doing to correct the mess that some of the "bad" top people have left behind.
Unfortunately, the people left behind have to suffer for mistakes they did not make. Holiday Parties have been banned, for one thing. What a way to reward the "good" employees in December.
