National Health Policy Conference

I'm attending Academy Health's National Health Policy Conference in Washington D.C. this week.

I'll fill you all in on the happenings later this week, but I want to apologize for my non-existent posting in the mean-time.

If you're attending the conference, I'm the girl on the crutches.  Come introduce yourself!

I have written a book about my experiences after a negligent doctor perferated my intestine during a un-necessary surgery and then refused to treat me for ten days. It is a horrific tale of malpractic, needless suffering, survival and success. I think my story will help many others who are faced with medical crisis. I would really appreciate your help with some resource information. We must do something about the healthcare crisis ASAP as people are dying and suffering needlessly. Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you. Tristan
